Both Singapore and Hong Kong are compact, urban islands with extensive lodging options catering to all different budgets. Hotel listings can be found at Expedia.com or TripAdvisor.com. The free talks will be located near the Central Business Districts (CBD), where there are many hotels, with easy access to taxis and underground rail/subway. Even if you decide to stay outside of the CBD, you can access the CBD efficiently from outlying hotels via taxi and train.
